I’m in Nicholasville, KY for a couple weeks for work and would like to go diving this weekend (26-27 AUG.) I’ve been reading about Pennyroyal and Falling Rock, but lake dives are good too. I’m a relatively new NAUI diver (certified OCT 2015) most of my dives are Vortex Springs and boat dives out of Destin.

Falling Rock is where we did my checkout dives. The last time I was there, a couple years ago, it was so crowded with swimmers and people on floats.

You may want to consider Laurel Lake too. It’s not as far but if you want to make a weekend of it, Pennyroyal may be your best bet.

I’m ok with lake dives too. I’m just looking for a dive buddy this weekend, or maybe to tag along with a group of divers.
