O2 cleaning is a must at what percentage of oxygen fill in either steel or Al tanks? Has a graph been developed showing risk of explosion using higher and higher percentages of O2?

The better question is, what are you using 100% o2 for? If it’s a deco bottle that limits you to the last 30’, a better mix would be 50% so you can start using it deeper and save some deco time or cut your risk.
