You can use the Dutch Springs buddy finder.
Scubadelphia.com has a friendly dive club, check their web site to see when they are there.

You had better bring a shovel if you want to get to 105’ at Dutch Springs!
Although I have heard it was very high because of all the rain earlier this year,
I can’t find 100’ there.
