Im in newport, but I would meet up with you this summer. Im going to try and get out and dive as much as i can.

Hi! That’s also my resolution for this summer. Hopefully we could work on a dive or two. Not sure if you have more areas to dive than I do or not. Only place I know around here is south of Richmond - a lake outside London, KY. That would be a helluva drive for you. I’m gearing up to take my AOW this summer sometime, so I could use whatever practice I can get.

ill have my AOW at the end of May. This summer I’m hoping to get my rescue cert. Ive heard Gilboa is nice, but it would also be a heck of a drive for you, that is where my dive shop goes. it looks like there are a couple place outside of Louisville. Falling Rock might be a good one to try, probably midway for the both of us. It doesn’t look like they provide any type of rentals, so we would probably have to bring tanks, i don’t have one. if I start a lot of local diving ill probably invest in a couple. We should talk more when the weather warms up.

I have heard of pennyroyal. It is a ways away, but do-able. I’m not sure the weather will ever warm up, lol. I am no-so-patiently waiting.

Hey guys,
I’m in Nashville, TN ... about an hour from Pennyroyal and was planning on diving it soon myself as I haven’t dove it yet and would be happy to meet you there. When I head up I-24 it seems I always end up at Mermet Springs diving so this would be a good excuse to make me stop there. :-)
