lets try for sunday . if you want we can meet up one day this week and talk about the dive ...I get to the quarry around 7:30 am it opens at 8:00am...I usally meet divers at the mcdonalds at 7:00 to get a bite to eat......When I meet divers for the first time I usally meet at manassas mall food court....Its an easy location to find and get to....let me know...do you need a quarry ticket ..there selling for $18...I have an extra one if you need one...also do you need to rent any equipment ? take care see ya soon

I might want to dive on the 1st or 2nd at Millbrook. I’m very new and would like to just practice skills. But it’s contingent on getting wifely permission.

No worries, my equipment is just getting out of service so if anything I just want to take a nice, relaxed, casual dive and verify that everything is working as expected. Don’t plan on pushing any limits. If you could let me know by the end of this week, that would be great.

I can meet you at beach 1 on sunday the 2nd....I plan on being there early it opens at 8am but I go to the mcdonalds about 7 am to get a bite to eat ...if you want we could meet there...I drive a gold saturn vue ....let me know

What was the vis/temp like on your last dive there? Never been there and found a video of it on youtube that looked a bit like pea soup.

10’ viz. at 30’ unless you kick up silt. Stay close to your buddy. Yellow fins are good.

Dove there last Sunday. Was down pretty deep - 67 ft - and it was chilly - 42 degrees, but around 30 ft, the temp was decent.
Vis wasn’t too great on Sunday, maybe 7-10 ft - definitely stay close to your buddy
Not sure if I can get out there this Sunday or not...may venture to the beach instead.

Looks like I got my calendar mixed up with the month changing over. This weekend I’m actually doing a beach dive in Jersey. So that moves my next opportunity to dive at Millbrook to the 8th or 9th. I apologize for the confusion.
42 degrees at 67 feet! That will be a good test for my 7mm.
