Curaçao offers idyllic weather, exquisite beaches, spectacular scuba diving sites and much more. Curacao is located in the Southern Caribbean and is famous for its rich underwater world. Above water, it is also breathtakingly lovely. Curacao is the largest of the ABC island group. It sits 35 miles North of Venezuela and is wedged between Aruba and Bonaire. The ABC islands are part of the Netherlands Antilles where more than 40 languages are spoken. The average year-round high is at 82 degrees Farenheight. The best advantage about diving these islands is they lie below the hurricane belt. This is not to say hurricanes don’t happen here, but they are far less likely to make landfall.
