Conditions Expected: 1 - 2 ft surf,
Low moving to High tide at 10:30 AM. Warmer water low to mid 60’s!

What you will see? Sculpin,
Lobsters, Eels, Sand bass, large Sheep head, Scallops, garibaldi, sting ray,
bat rays, sea lions, harbor seals, leopard sharks.
Site Hazards: Avoid rocky area/tide pools on south side of cove. Exit in middle of cove away from
large boulders/rocks. Bring lots of water to stay hydrated for the somewhat strenuous hike down and up the trail.
Points of interest? Incredible visibility
and marine life, mini walls and crevices, thick kelp.
What you can take? Sandbass,
sheephead, scallops, Lobsters (when in season), see California DFG regulations
