 Catalina like visibility (at least a few weeks ago it was) and marine life!


Level of Skill: Advanced (Highly Recommended)
Depth of Location: 30-40 feet (most reef shallower)
When to Dive: At High or Low Tide (with 1 - 2 ft surf max)
What you may find: Larger variety of fish, larger, and healthier reef then anywhere in mainland SoCal. Harbor seal, Bat Ray, Guitar Fish, Kelp Bass, you name it!
Site Hazards: Somewhat steep hike down hill, Large Stones Entry
Site Facilities: None
How to get there:
Honeymoon cove is located off cliff at intersection of Paseo Del Mar / Via Barri. (Palos Verdes) It is the cove north of Christmas Tree and immediately south of Lunada Bay.

Tromptista - 12/19/2011 3:42 PM Obviously dont mind the divebuddy directions generated by the site. Its a glitch from the carry over to the new site and unfortunately cannot edit old post. Anyways all NBTT’er’s should know where honeymoon is by now :-)
