There is a rare opportunity to dive the deerfield beach pier this weekend. An annual cleanup event is going on, on saturday the 12th, hosted by Dixie Divers.

I believe sign-in starts at 8:00am, and the diving goes from 9am to Noon. Its a beach dive. They say bring knives/scissors/snips/small rakes. There is Free parking, and I believe food as well (but don’t quote me on it). They’re looking for help on the shore also, so bring any non-divers that would like to help.
