This month discussion is about Planning a Dive Trip Straight from the pages of "Dive Training" Nondiving vacationers have one advantage over us dive travelers. They don’t have to pack and haul as much luggage. Their needs are quite basic compared with ours; a few changes of clothes, a toothbrush, some sunscreen, a bathing suit and a pair of flip-flops and they’re all set to lounge around the pool or loll about on the beach for a week. If they’ve forgotten their cheap sunglasses or floppy hat, they can purchase these items at their destination. But for us divers, equipping for a scuba vacation requires a few more accessories and a little planning.
