The PADI Advanced Open Water course, as taught by GirlDiver Instruction, teaches serious diving skills, while introducing new sites to enjoy. This is more than the typical “5 fun dives”. We believe that all dives are “fun” dives when done by competent divers. This class focuses on building competence and mastery in our divers. We’ll spend two evenings in the classroom learning new techniques for dive planning, gas management, buddy skills, navigation and buoyancy skills. We’ll learn how to apply these skills to our real world diving in the open water portion of the class. When we move to Open Water, we’ll do 6 dives focusing on navigation, search and recovery, gas management, buoyancy, deep and night diving. AND...this class includes two dives from a boat, so you`re ready for your next dive holiday.
