At the back of the picture is the Atlantis tourist sub base, out from there must be something dive worthy because there was always a diveboat parked there. It’s doable as a shore dive but you would need a flag and need to watch out for currents. Watch for a dive boat, take bearings and report back here what you find :)

That’s new, we stayed here right after the hurricane had turned the old dock and the dive shop there into rubble. We dove from here toward town, then it was mostly debris washed off the island but there were some nice finds.
