Bonneville Seabase is a fresh water dive site, located in UT. This dive site has an average rating of 2.40 out of 5 from 5 scuba divers. - With three diving bays to choose from you will be able to snorkel with exotic marine life or SCUBA to a depth of 60 feet. White Rocks Bay is the smallest and shallowest of the bays and is covered during winter months to give you a warm entry and exit point. Habitat Bay is named for the air-filled habitat that provides an underwater conversation and observation area for SCUBA divers. Habitat Bay is our largest area and includes platforms for training, a boat wreck, and a long channel for compass training. The Abyss is our newest and deepest attraction, reaching a depth of 62 feet with platforms for safety stops and a platform at 60 feet.

Cool that they have tropical fish, but visibility was very poor the two times I went and I felt very claustrophobic.

Well, everyone should dive Seabse once. I am not sure how worth it it was to go there. It was pretty much zero viz in all of the bays. We did make it there in time to see the fish feeding which was probably the most exciting part of the day, but even that was not THAT exciting. Made one short dive in White Rocks bay, was startled by the sharks. Played with the fish a little bit, but even with our good lights we could barely see them. Also dove in Habitat bay, viz was about the same.

It wasn’t even a crowded day, aside from a small class that was doing some lift bag training and one snorkeler, we were the only people there. Probably won’t go back unless they figure out how to get better viz. The owner even told us that this was a good day... I would hate to see a bad day.
