Daniel Laplante Crevasse is a boat accessible fresh water dive site, located in Georgeville, QC, Canada. The maximum depth is over 150ft/46m.
This crevasse is accessible from the Melissa Cliff site. Following the death of Daniel Laplante while diving on July 24, 2013, a plaque was forged in his honor and this rock formation was named after him. A commemorative plaque, made of varnished lead found by Daniel and provided by all his diving friends, was installed on the site.
