Meadowpark Lake is a shore accessible fresh water dive site, located in Waxahachie, TX 76165. This dive site has an average rating of 3.00 out of 5 from 2 scuba divers. The maximum depth is 21-25ft/6-8m. The average visibility is 11-15ft/3-5m.

Small 14 acre lake/pond next to housing development. Can park along public road on south side. Steep sides drop to about 25 feet all the way around. Better Visibility then others in the area around 12-15 feet in Spring. Will update as I find out more throughout the year.

BillParker - 5/26/2018 11:15 AM I went scuba diving here on 5/25/2018. Average viz: 11-15ft/3-5m. Water temp: 76-80°F/24-27°C. I went to dive it but decided to snorkel it instead since it was so shallow. Typical quarry ecology for North Texas. I saw bass, perch, turtles, and dense marine plants. Viz was ok. More than good enough to dive. It’s a huge quarry. It’s basically the same as going to CSSP or Crystal Lake. Jared84 - 5/28/2018 3:47 PM Glad you checked it out! Jared84 - 5/02/2018 6:06 PM I went scuba diving here on 5/2/2018. Average viz: 11-15ft/3-5m. Water temp: 66-70°F/19-21°C. Explored a little more and found it to be about 25 feet throughout, though there may be deeper spots that I havn’t found yet. Water was 66 degrees below 16 feet. Bottom is mostly flat and muck with limestone ridges throughout. Sides drop down steeply with vegetation around the perimeter. Saw a lot of turtles around 12-15 feet at edge of vegetation. Look forward to exploring more.

Was happy to find visibility to be around 12 feet. Short dive to assess the conditions. Went to 22 feet. 65 degrees past 16 feet, 69 above. Didn’t explore much yet.
