The lat/lon needs correction

This is a Barge Wreck that was credited it’s title because of it’s fate while servicing the USS Kennedy aircraft carrier. As I understand it, this barge was used to off-load/load warships cargo. They would flood/empty the haul in order to level the deck with each ship and unfortunately, an aircraft carrier exceeded this practice and the double walled haul was rotted and flooded. The barge rolled over, split and sank - deck down. (I’ve also read a crane on the JFK dropped something through the deck causing it to sink - so choose the cause).

Needs corrections and additional information to honor the wreck’s history.

This is one of the photographic dives we recorded. Amongst the wonderful sea life, we found an invasive Lion Fish and removed it.

This is a quick boat ride and a fun dive. There are plenty of fish and sea life to see here. We found and removed one invasive Lion Fish. This is a good place to bring your photography equipment.
