Sag Harbor Jetties is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located in Sag Harbor, NY. The maximum depth is 31-35ft/9-11m. The average visibility is 16-20ft/5-6m.
The site is made up of two jetties that are the barriers for the harbor. The first starts at the beach and goes out about 425 yards. There is a 30 yard gap between the first and second jetty, the second jetty is about 600 yards long. Other then the jetties the harbor itself can be interesting dating back to the 1600s but there is a lot of boat traffic to deal with once you get away from the jetties. The first jetty starts from private property so access to this site is by boat only.

Drive east into the town of Water Mill. Make a left turn onto Scuttle Hole Road and drive north to the end. Turn left on Sag Harbor Turnpike. Take the Turnpike, which turns into Main St. to the end. The only close parking is from the Yacht Club property, and permission is needed for access. The only other option is a long walk or by boat. The later is definitely the recommended way to visit these jetties.
