Montauk Twin Jetties is a shore accessible salt water dive site, located in Montauk, NY. The maximum depth is 21-25ft/6-8m. The average visibility is 26-30ft/8-9m.

You can drive right up to the west jetty and park free in a public lot. The east jetty can be reached through a town beach but a fee applies to park there. Visibility is good with a fair amount of marine life including lobster. Diving is not permitted on the inside of either jetty due to a high volume of boat traffic.

WEST JETTY: Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 44 East, Sunrise Highway. Stay on Sunrise to Montauk Highway and continue east into the town of Montauk. Turn left onto Edgemere Street and drive north to the end. It will have merged into West Lake Drive.

EAST JETTY: Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 44 East, Sunrise Highway. Stay on Sunrise to Montauk Highway and continue east past the town of Montauk. Continue on Montauk Highway to East Lake Drive. Drive north on East Lake to the end.
