The Shack is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located in Christiansted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands (U.S.). The maximum depth is 91-100ft/28-30m. The average visibility is 71-80ft/22-24m.
Or Love Shack (if you’re a B52s fan), or Green Shack (the original name until someone painted the shack kind of an off blue color). The site is named for a shack that’s just onshore from it. It’s another of the Long Reef sites which makes it only diveable from a boat as the diving is on the far side of the barrier reef. The mooring is in 37’ of water with a gentle slope of the reef off to the north.
