Barge, Shoreline East of Cape Vincent, close to shore Near the boat launch. Pull up location of boat launch on Google maps , satellite view, and you can see the wreck itself and the old coal docks next to which it sank. Best time to dive, early spring /summer, or very late fall. Heavy boat traffic in vacinity due to being adjacent to boat launch, visibilty hindered by weed growth in summer months partly because of the lack of depth at dive site, weeds can get very thick in summer months.
