Just outside of Half Moon Bay on the Northwest side of the island, you’ll find a small resort that has an unusual access to some advanced diving. Entry into the water is easy from this site; getting out isn’t! Generally, divers swim around the bend to the left and exit at the Half Moon Bay Cabins, our next site.

LatitudeAdjustment - 6/13/2009 3:02 PM This is a nice place to stay, the old cabins are fine and there is a newer hotel type building. The dive shop has ScubaPro rentals and a few fast boats. Do Not dive in the bay where the Sea Grape dive boats are, the locals tell me this is the sewage discharge zone! No meals are served. On the walk into West End there is a bakery that serves a nice breakfast and as long as you are buying, free internet. In West End there must be 20 places to eat, from fresh fish on the beach over a grill to French. Take a water bottle on that walk, it’s hot here!
