Nice location near Halona Blowhole if you aren’t up to that hard climb there. Once through the surf, just head out to your right and there are plenty of reefs (some accessible from Blowhole as well). The park has restrooms and showers to wash up and the beach entry is fairly flat and a short distance to the parking lot.
