Completed first two OW dives today at Martha’s Quarry to earn Scuba Diver Certification. Unfortunately since I’m on R&R from Afghanistan I couldn’t complete entire OW Course this time around. Tim Cochrane (Cochrane Scuba in Gallatin, TN) was my pool and OW instructor. Air temp was around 86 and the quarry water was like bath water...until you hit the thermocline about 25 feet or so down.
