Bad Air Fills? You tell me...

I am a little perplexed. I got a tank from Todds Scuba at Twin Quarries in Circleville, OH. It was brand new and never filled. I was going to put it in service for Nitrox but I needed it on Sunday while I was there so I had it filled twice. I dumped the air and looked inside the tank and saw black spots all over the inside. The date the tank was made as 06/09 and a visual of 7/09. Black spots, correct me if I am wrong; are from a compressor throwing oil into the air. Does this mean that I should...

One of the best masks I have had for the coins is the Crystal Vu by ScubaPro. You can get them with or without a purge. You can get it under 50 bucks with shipping and all. I have bought more expensive masks that I didn’t like. I didn’t like the Mares Demon mask for example. It must have been made for someone with a really large nose. Over the weekend I dove with my Abyss Reg set at Fantasy Lake. My octopus is also an abyss with a yellow purge button. As it happens to all of us my octo fell out of its keeper and it was dragging a bit in the sand. It had small grains of sand between the purge button and metal ring. Of course the purge button is on a spring to allow it to return to closed after purge. The sand had lodged the metal ring loose and popped it off.
