Morrison Springs is now open for swimming and diving. Although the Park has been open during the past several days for picnicking and hiking, the water was closed to swimming and diving by the Walton County Health Department due to high levels of bacteria believed to be caused by recent rains. May 19, the Walton County Health Department officials received new test results showing the waters to be safe for diving and swimming and are removing the “no swimming / diving” signs....
