I dove the Spiegel Grove off Key Largo this past weekend! As I was warned, the current was intense. On the first dive (we did one Sat. A.M. and one Sun. A.M.), I was a bit nervous, but I was really pleased with the second dive. My air consumption was fine, I kept up with my advanced-level bud. We did not see a lot of fish on the Spiegel, which I attribute to the sheer number of divers who dive there. We also dove the Benwood (shallow wreck) and then Molasses Reef following the Spiegel the next day. Amazing variety reef fish on both, and a nurse shark in transit (usually I just see them under the wrecks or ledges). I want to go again soon if anyone is down with it!
