I thought it was a 19. I’m looking to get a pony as a backup and strap it on the back as well and was trying to decide between a 13 & a 19. Trying to stay as small as possible but still with adequate enough air for emergencies. scubadmike - 10/17/2012 9:27 AM To use as a emergancy back up 13 Cu. is 1 of the best . At 80 Ft. you have about 8 Min. af gas to do a acent ..To use as a deco. bottle you need a bigger tank.I made a bracket to fasten to my main tank . pphan13 - 10/17/2012 11:51 AM Thanks for the reply. I think 8 minutes from a 13 should be plenty for me. I’m not planning to do any penetrations or deep dives anyways. Just want to have it for the just in case. Definitely not using the extra air as part of the dive plan.
