ScubaGal - 3/04/2008 8:51 AM I caught him off the coast of Fort Lauderdale in 70-75 fsw. Catching him was easy - getting himinto the bag was the hard part. Lotsa fun. He was estimated to be 15 yrs old. I didn`t bother mounting him I decided to cook him. Dismantled the legs and horns and steamed them with crabseasoning and butterflied the tail and slow roasted it with butter, garlic, lemon juice and white wine. Delicious!
