I love my Tusa, single lense, large mask. I don’t care for my Sheerwood Maximus with swivel that is intended to be used with the hose under my right arm. If I got different hoses, it would be great.

Aeris Atmos AI with quick disconnect and compass is a great dive computer setup.

I love my Mares Avanti Quatro fins - comfy, powerful and the straps are easy to don and doff. I’ve purchased three other types of fins and keep going back.

tried to do some looking into RAwalkers reg. And man that’s nice environmentally sealed and all. Ahead of its time. And I find weight belts so uncomfortable. Integrated weights just make me feel so less bulky. But my friend swears by his weight belt. Thank you all for the info hope to see more.

I have no need to wear any lead with a steel backplate/steel tank. Integrated weights on a BC is bulky, not streamlined and adds drag threw the water. Comfortable for me is being very streamlined and slipping threw the water like a dart. Hope this helps. Having a LP 2400psi OMS 85 steel tank is the same size of an AL80. You can get a better fill with the LP steel since it doesn’t heat up as much. I fill my LP tanks anyways to 3200psi and that gives me 105cu/ft of gas. Not being charged as a HP fill. In only 30 air fills I just re coop’d the extra cost of the LP steel tank. Steel tank will also last longer and have a better used re sale value. FYI. All diaphragm 1st stages are environmentally sealed. Hope this helps. Mike

I love my mares quatro fins. i replaced the strap with springs straps. A must in my opinion. Big tusa single lens mask. Not in love with my reg or my bcd, but I HIGHLY recommend a "Seacure" custom mouthpiece on whatever reg you choose. Love my mares icon hd wrist computer. Love my henderson hyperstretch wetsuit.

My three "must haves" in my rig are my Dive Rite Transplate with ss backplate, my Dive Rite low volume mask and my OMS Slipstream fins. Anything else in my setup can be changed out without noticing it too much.

Aqua Lung Legend for my reg, I love it. Lotus i3 BC still learning it. Cobalt dive computer is great. Atomic Aquatics split fins and I just changed out the straps with spring straps. I highly recommend spring straps.

Santi dry suit, Scubapro Jetfins, Scubapro Mk25/Pilot (yep, you read that right), Stab jacket. I am not sure what all this fuss is about extreme streamlining. I am not swimming so fast for there to be that big of a difference...
