Havent been to Bonaire yet but have been to Aruba plenty of times. I dive with Aruba watersports, they are a small shop in the high rise area. They take out 4-6 people max, usually not that many people anyways. I have also used Unique water sports also in the high rise hotel area. They are a bigger outfit, bigger boats and way more people. Your best bet is to look on trip advisor for shops that are near ur hotel. The 3 outfits you put down are all located in the downtown area near the ship terminal, Jads is a little further away. Out of those 3 u listed id go with Jads, Dive aruba then Mermaids. Mermaids is ur bigger dive operation. Bigger dive operation=cattle boat IMO.

Sorry, Site wise you have to dive the Antilla 60’, its Arubas famous wreck. The Jane C is a good wreck at about 85’-95’. Harbor reef is a good reed and wreck, the sonesta airplanes are cool also at 80’. Pedernales is a shallow reef but u get great bottom time out of it. Arashi reef is a reef and small wreck, Morning Star is a 85’ wreck as well. Most Wrecks are in the 75’-90’ range in aruba.
