Do you feel that the regulator/inflator combination is efficient enough to replace the octo. for a true distressed diver emergency situation and who is wanting up and out asap ?? I’ll leave it at that and let you decide...

[Choose #3] paniced divers will look for a reg. If the only one is in your mouth, you’re now in trouble

[Choose #2] you shouldn’t be offering the inflator octo off it’s too short, so the primary first stage is handed

[Choose #3] hard to control ascent rate using alternate inflator/regulator.

[Choose #3] More O-rings, more chance of a problem arising, less contingency.

[Choose #3] I feel each should serve ONE job only. In dire situations, it would be easy to get confused=fatal

[Choose #3] kinda weird to dump or inflate while u or someone else is breathing off it.

[Choose #2] If you’re diving with me you had better be able to keep your panic in check.

[Choose #3] It maybe cheaper but do you want to buy life support equipment from the lowest bidder?

[Choose #2] Do you think having 10 Octo’s would be enough for a paniced diver? How about just practicing instead
