[Choose #1] At first learned (trial & error) how to simply release air then blow smaller, faster jet thru the middle but now use my tongue as the hole and blow the ring fast to spin it. Hard to explain other then that.

[Choose #2] I saw a video on youtube and just had to try it myself. I was able to make rings that broke apart after a few seconds. I’ll keep trying!
