Hey that sounds like a plan we are going to be in that area that week and was wondering the same thing Hope somebody lets you know as i am interested in doing a few dives as well while we are down there..

there are a couple of places that i know of down there and both are on dunlawton. One is right on the intercoastal on the south side of dunlawton and the other is west of I95 on dunlawton. I have not dove with either of them but i have stopped by the one west of I95 and they were really good people, we talked about a number of dive sights out there and the sounded pretty interesting. If your up for a day trip you can also check out devils den in wellington, its about 2 1/2 hours from daytona.

Hi Scott,
I have heard good things about Sea Dogs Dive Center in New Symrna Beach which is the Daytona Beach area. I hope to go on a couple of day trip dives with them. I am actually going to be in Orlando for 03/28 - 4/02, but plan on driving out to Daytona on two of the days to do some diving. Check out their website and let me know if you are interested in diving with them on any of those dates.

Just checking in right now our plans are to be in the Orlando area march 26-27-28 then head to daytona for the 29th thru the 1st Let me know what you are thinking and hopefully we can plan accordingly

Hi Scott, I am thinking of doing 2 days of diving while in Orlando, 1 day in Clearwater & another in Daytona. Probably do a dive on Tues, 03/29/11 & another on Thurs. 03/31/11 (weather permitting). It appears that there are more dive boats in Clearwater and the water is warmmer. If I do Daytona, Sea Dogs Dive Center in New Smyrna Beach appears to be the best. We will have to discuss further when it gets closer.
