Hey...looking for a great friend/friends to dive with. I would love to go diving every weekend and some weekdays as well. I used to live on Marathon, Florida where I had my own boat. I recently moved to Oklahoma. Yeah, I know...what was I thinking...ha I will be making yearly trips back to the keys for sure. I am looking for a great friend and dive buddy to dive on a regular basis. I want to learn about diving at Lake Murray (just got me a new spear gun) and I am always open to going to Clear Springs in Texas for some diving.

I am a PADI Open Water Instructor. I love to travel to the Keys and dive on a regular basis. I have done some diving in Cozumel and spent almost 10 years in Kenya/Tanzania (I am fluent in Swahili...very helpful in Texas...lol) I am 6`2"...200lbs...short but thick salt and pepper hair...Master`s Degreed school teacher...run roadraces all the time..very active and fit...etc..etc... I am very laid back and easy going. LET`S DIVE and enjoy ourselves...

I also love riding my motorcyle. What fun!

The turtle that is in the middle of that Olive Branch logo is going to be on a tattoo I`m getting next month. How big are you tattoos going to be? How elaborate are they to be....or just something simple?

DivingDave - 3/15/2008 12:41 PM Thanks....I`ve been working on a couple of T-Shirt designs (I make logos for people for fun). It`s all about "Style Points" isn`t it? I`m glad you like this one. I`m going to go to cafepress.com and get one made. I think I"m going to have a bunch of patches made too of this design. I usually give patches away to my dive buddy when I dive.

ScubaGal - 3/04/2008 8:51 AM I caught him off the coast of Fort Lauderdale in 70-75 fsw. Catching him was easy - getting himinto the bag was the hard part. Lotsa fun. He was estimated to be 15 yrs old. I didn`t bother mounting him I decided to cook him. Dismantled the legs and horns and steamed them with crabseasoning and butterflied the tail and slow roasted it with butter, garlic, lemon juice and white wine. Delicious!
