Been diving for over 2 year’s, working on my PADI Master Scuba at the moment. I just need a few more dives and 1 more specialty. I have a vast knowledge of diving and worked at one of the best Scuba Dive Shops in the Chicago land area, Berry Dive Center.

Dove at Haigh last weekend. Did 5 dives over the weekend. I dove in my Lavacore only with gloves and no hood to 40ft. Temp wasn’t too bad between 56 and 68. I’m a Gorilla Diver are you?

it’s being a hardcore diver, for instance not diving to 40 - 50 feet in a dry suit with Nitrox when you can do the same diving in a 3mm with air.

Welcome to the area, as Greg said about Haugh and Pearl, we go to both fairly often, just went to Pearl yesterday. We go to one or the other just about every other weekend.

Tim, not knowing how long youv’e been here,or where you dove before. Theres Haigh Quarry to the south of you in Kankakee,Il. and Pearl Lake north of you. Personally I’m a spoiled warm water diver now. My oldest son who is in his early 30’s does Lake Mi. on occasion. In the Forest Park area.Going to Haigh tomorrow. may in the future ...
