My husband (TXArmyDiver) and I decided that we needed a hobby that the entire family could enjoy. One week later we were signed up for scuba diving classes!! We just got certified for open water scuba at the Blue Lagoon and look forward to diving in the area until we can get to a tropical place to dive.

Hey Tiffany! Welcome to DiveBuddy! I saw that you’re from Houston. My husband Greg (owner of DiveBuddy & instructor on DiveTexas.com) teaches at the Blue Lagoon once a month. We were just out there 2 weeks ago and although it wasn’t super clear and it’s down quite a bit from the lack of rain, we love going out there. Maybe we’ll see yall out there sometimes if ya’ll go out there.
