Just wanted to say "hi".

I am newly certified and am looking forward to filling up my log with some great dives.

I am originally from the UK but now I live in Taiwan and am only a couple of hours (flight) away from some of the most amazing dive sites in the world.

My first dives were off Phuket in Thailand and that was what got me hooked. Tropical waters, excellent visibility, thousands of beautiful fish and wonderful reefs. What a blessing to be able to see all of that as a first time dive.

Is anyone else planning on heading out to Asia? Where are you going? I have heard that Similan Islands are wonderful, has anyone ever been on a liveaboard out there?

That’s it really, it was great to find this site.

Thanks for making it happen.

I was at the Blue Lagoon this weekend. It was a little chilly but I had a blast.

I did my Open Water with Phil Riggs from TexanScuba; to put up with me he had to have the patience of a saint!!

I will be back to dive in Texas again, as I want to keep getting my qualifications..... but I am looking forward to those tropical waters, too!
