I haven’t personally done any, but I hear it’s not good and most "local" dive operators shuttle people down to West Palm to board boats for diving. Having said that, there are often great, FREE shore-accessible sites that the dive operators don’t want you to know about (All along Los Cabos, for example). However, I believe in the Vero Beach area heavy surge and acres upon acres of unobstructed sand are the roadblock to good diving.
Can anyone else chime in, who might have first-hand local experience with diving in and around Vero?
