I’m selling my wonderful camera set up Canon 20D camera body and the Aquatica A20 housing for it. it is truly beautiful system for people who want to switch from simple point and shoot camera to a basic DSLR system. I enjoyed this set up for last 6 months (you can see my pictures on the profile or the link), but i’m parting with it because i just bought Canon 5D mark i system in the Aquatica housing, so i’m graduating to the next level. The price of the housing alone from Aquatica web site is $2600.00, the Canon 20D body is around $200. I’m asking $700 (negotiable). In order to make the system functional you will also need to buy a kit 18-55mm lens (as low as $50 on ebay) or any other lens of your liking, an extension ring (Aquatica part number 18463), a dome port (Aquarica part number 18409) or macro port, and some king of light source (if you want to shoot in conditions other than natural light). This is an entry level professional set up. Canon 20D is compatible with all kinds of canon lenses including the newest L series lenses (proven, i just bought 100mm F2.8 L USM macro lens, and it worked beautifully. Can send pictures upon request). Both the camera and housing are in pristine conditions, with no nicks or scratches. Feel free to contact me with any questions or offers. (images of the camera and housing are on my page)

OMG WHAT A BARGAIN! Not sure how I am going to come up with the money but I am going to start trying. I love Canon DSLRs and have been trying to find a way to get a setup like this but the housing cost has always been the issue.

If you don’t sell it before I can get the money together then I definitely will get it from you.

It was my problem too about a couple of years ago, but i had a dream :). So i know exactly your feelings about it. It is a miracle to get a descent DSLR and not spent $10000 right of the bet. I love my system, that’s why there is not a scratch on it. It was given a fresh water bath after each dive. But a couple of days ago i stabled at the similar (although a slightly more expensive) bargain of Canon 5D mark i, and i could not pass it by. I would love for this camera to stay in use. The best part is, whatever parts (ports, lights, strobes...etc) you get for this camera you can save for the next model when you can afford one. This is why i’m not selling any additional gear. I absolutely adore the Aquatica quality. Good luck saving for it. I’ll post an update here when i sell it, and it it does not say "sold" it could be yours :).
