 How do I customize the content of my profile?

I tried using customize my profile but I can`t find how to remove some my profile attributes to be displayed (e.g., age, gender, etc.)

Right now I don`t have the option to remove those items. Only dive center and instructor profiles lack some of the fields you mentioned.
