Going on a cruise next month with the wife and friends!!!! One other diver in our group. We are trying to determine where to dive? Choices are St. Kitts, St Lucia or Dominica?

St. Lucia is a must dive and is known for it’s seamounts, Dominica has some good diving so it will depend on where the ship docks and it is known more for it’s waterfall hikes.

St. Kitts I have no first hand knowledge of so I’ll leave that for others to comment on.

Have dove all 3 twice. St Lucia first then Dominica and last St Kitts. Make sure you use someone other than cruise ship excursion. Lots cheaper.

My wife and I were on a cruise several years ago that stopped in St. Lucia. I’m not 100% certain but I think we arranged our dive with Scuba St. Lucia. In any case, we made our own arrangements as opposed to going through the ship’s excursion office. We paid about $40 less each by doing it that way and we ended up on the exact same excursion as some of the other cruisers. The dive boat picked us up in the morning at the pier just behind where our ship was docked. Following two amazing dives, they fed us the same barbeque lunch as the excursion folks got and even gave us some time to relax on the beach before bringing us back to the ship. Ever since, St. Lucia has been on our list of places to revisit in order to do some more diving there.
Have a great time on your cruise!
