I can dive the Interspiro Divator aka AGA, the Ocean Reef Neptune II Nira, And the Kirby Morgan Band Mask. My favorite for sport diving is the Ocean Reef mask. It’s lite weight & easy to use.

I don’t but I worked as a safety diver at the International Human powered Submarine Races and the issue we had is none of the sub crews carried back up mask in case they had to bail from the wet sub for some reason. The tank was mounted to the sub and the FFM was for communication between pilot and peddler.
I think the rules have been changed barring FFM.

I have owned several. They are all good fun. I have a bit of a problem equalizing my ears with a few of them.

I have a neptune system and used it for underwater search and recovery when I was in North Carolina. I have used it a few times since moving to Florida, mostly if I am doing photography. One good thing, no fogging up like with a mask so for cooler water it really works well. You really have to get the plugs for your nose correct, otherwise you do have problems equalizing. How you push up to equalize also makes a difference.
