As far as a BCD goes, look at a SeaQuest Diva LX. I love mine. Everything else I tried seemed like it was too long. This fits like a vest, ending more at the curve of your waist rather than your hips. It has integrated weights and trim weight pockets. It’s not heavy, and is easy to tighten once it’s on the tank.
