One option would be to contact the cruise line that you booked the trip with and simply ask them. I’m sure that they would be able to fill you in on any limitations, etc...
Usually, they are not too concerned with dive gear(dive knife or divers tool), but they do frown upon things like spearguns and such. Also, some islands/countries don’t allow spearguns to be brought into their territories.
