From xmx: integrated inflator/2nd stage I was thinking the same thing. I used one of those in the past and now it just hangs in my garage as a novelty item. Not a very good idea to put your alternate reg on the same hose as your inflator/deflator. To difficult to control if you really needed to use it in an emergency.
