Hi all, I just got back from the Florida Dive Show in Fort Lauderdale and ran into a representative for 40 Fathoms Grotto and he said as of today they have opened it up to the general diving public. I checked their website and it has not been updated yet. This is a first, prior to this information you had to be with a guide, be a guide, or take a class. Below is their web site.
