Hey guys, got a new dive computer: Scubapro 3H air integrated (hose attached). It has a mounting hole below the readout but I’m not sure how to connect it to my BC. A bit of twine and a bolt snap?

Jay there are retractable lanyards available. Some are made by the makers of the dive computers. I have an Aeris and it came with one with all stainless metal parts. Gear Keeper and Xs Scuba have them. You want something durable, but also detachable. So I might avoid the twine. lol

Strange question. I have a blue/black suit, and have an option to buy my first BC for $309 (black/yellow trim), or spend $70 more to match color. Which would you choose?

I’m cheap. color doesn’t really matter to me.

In America colour is not incredibly important. In Europe however, whole diver groups buy not only the same colour, but the same equipment. lol. After a certain depth reds and yellows start to look like blue anyway. Now if you are OCD, then you should get the same colour. I choose black all the time, because you never have to worry about colour, it doesn’t show dirt as bad, and it never goes out of style.

Well, looks like the $379 blue one dropped in price anyway... too bad I gotta wait a month to get it :-)
