Hi, Im looking at shore diving in the venice area, wondering if you have a dive buddy or looking for one. I just moved here about 2 weeks ago . Thanks

Hi. I have been here for a short time also. I am waiting to get my dive computer back from being looked at. But it would be great to find someone to do some diving with. :)

The good news is you prob won’t need the dive computer for the beach dives. The deepest we go will be about 25ft w your head in the sand. The bad news is this tropical storm is messing up the clarity so it will be about a week before we can go diving. Do you have all your own gear w a dive flag?

I do not have a tank, weights or flag. I have always been diving on boats and they have supplied those items. I will work on getting all of that.

I have a extra weight belt w weights up to 16 lbs. Also I should have a second tank in about 2 weeks. You are welcome to borrow either one when we dive. Try to prioritize getting a dive flag. I also have some extra wetsuits if needed.

I have a 3 mil and 1 mil, bcd, 2 pair of fins, booties, mask and snorkel, regulator. So just a dive flag needed for now. :)

Perfect, so when the weather clears up well look into doing some beach dives. Looking forward to doing some dives :)
