I need to refresh my skills and should update my first aid to First Responder.
My specialties are: Boat, Deep, DPV, Drift, Equipment specialist, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy,
Project Aware, Reef, Search & Recovery, Underwater Navigator, Underwater Photography & Wreck.
Desire to pursue: Underwater Videographer, Dive Master, MSD, Instructor and eventually Resort Dive Instructor.
I’ve been diving off St. Augustine, Daytona, Jupiter, Pompano, Ft. Meyers, West Palm Beach, Key West and Negril Jamaica. Of those, my favorites are Jamaica and Key West.
One of my most memorable experiences was a night dive where I experienced a revelation in seeing the vast amount of bioluminescent life in the ocean. It wasn’t just salt water, it occurred to me that the ocean is a living thing of itself. A primordial soup of life. It was like swimming in a universe filled with stars.
I received my SCC rebreather endorsement in Gennie Springs.
I gave up my OC gear in favor of SCC (Dolphin Atlantis) gear.
I use a Suunto Mosquito EAN wrist dive computer.
I have over 100 dives on record.
