Hi, I got certified for Open Water Scuba in June 2009 at Scuba Quest dive center in Bradenton Florida while on vacation with my wife. I have to admit we truly enjoyed ourselves and are now very eager to keep diving, unfortunately we live in Germany and diving here is very limited (also we don’t really want to dive in cold/dirty lakes!). On the other hand we try to come to Bradenton/Sarasota area at least twice a year to visit family, so while here we also want to pursue our new found hobby. Therefore I would be very thankful if somebody could give us some advice (places, charters etc) to dive in the area or even if it fits the schedule maybe show us/join us in some diving.

Bernhard - 6/18/2012 12:29 AM Hey, I will be in Bradenton July 18th - Sept 12th if anybody is looking for a divebuddy and/or needs somebody to fill a place on a charter/dive boat. Of course i will also be available for any shore dives etc. (e.g. fossil dive in Venice..) I am happy to get out of cold Germany and enjoy the Flordiay sunshine and water...
